Please carefully read and agree/accept the following terms of use before accessing this site, purchasing our course subscriptions and accessing our members area. By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Use, you become bound by the Terms and Conditions of this agreement.

Access to Members Area and Videos

When you purchase a subscription to a course, TestingKING Trainings grants you a SINGLE USER non-exclusive, non-transferable access to respective course content and videos in members area. This SINGLE USER license is for personal use only and may not be shared in any way. You agree to notify us immediately any breach of this license.

Any content on the site like videos/documents/information should not be downloaded, captured, edited, copied, forwarded or used improperly in any way.

Only one IP address per account is allowed to access members area or paid content.

Accessing members area or paid content from different locations or IP addresses will trigger an alert and may cause suspension or termination of user account with or without notice and explanation.

Logged-in user IP address and login details are tracked by the system and all activities under the account will be monitored and recorded.

Prices & Refunds

There is ZERO REFUND POLICY. After payment, you will get instant access to members area, videos and paid content. So, refunds are not entitled after payment for any reason.

Modification of Terms

TestingKING Trainings has the right to modify these Terms in any manner and at any time, without notice or liability. Any modification is effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any modification of these Terms means you accept and agree to such modification(s).
